Client Coordinator -- Brokerage

Job Summary In this position you would provide project coordination, administrative, marketing, research and client support to a highly successful real estate brokerage team.

Principal Responsibilities
•Research and financial analysis
oresearching properties and tenants
•Organizing / editing related transaction documents
•Coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing materials
•Organization of marketing mailings
•Database management and updating sales pipeline
omaintenance of client database
•Web site maintenance
•Pick up and delivery of real estate documents such as site plans, lease documents
•Show property when required
•Scheduling appointment and travel arrangements
•Calculation of commissions
•Other general office duties

Job Requirements


Qualifications
•BS in related field
•3+ years experience in sales and support environment
•California Real Estate license a must (If candidate does not have real estate license it must be obtained within the first 120 days of employment.).
•Previous Commercial Estate experience plus

•Ability to work in a team environment
•Detail oriented
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Proven customer relationship skills
•Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
