The CSET Senior Support Specialist position includes the following: *assisting developers currently writing to the electronic trading platform (order routing and market data) with their development efforts develop and maintain a clear understanding of all current and upcoming projects such as: 1. * CME/REUTERS *Eagle 3.5 - FX MarketSpace * EOS (Enhanced Options System) 3.0 - EURODOLLAR, EQUITY, and CURRENCY OPTIONS * EAGLE 3.2 - NYMEX *Market Data Migration * Autocert Plus* SDK Reengineering *Cert plus 2. assist customers through their automated certification process and with any business or FIX Protocol related questions 3. provide certification support aid to the operations staff 4. coordinate efforts with Globex Account Management, ETPA, Globex Control Center, Development, Clearing, QA, CSET 3rd shift staff and Operations to provide proper customer service for external customers 5. review documentation pertaining to electronic trading (order routing and market data) 6. disseminate updates and other information related to CSET or other divisions and departments involved with CSET 7. coordinate and execute test scripts for weekly maintenance of the certification environment 8. execute test scripts related to any updates or new releases for the automated certification tool (AutoCert and AutoCert Plus) 9. mentor the junior staff with technology, business, and customer related issues 10. attend project meetings and keep the team updated on new developments 11. post project updates on CSET's website 12. coordinate with QA to test new functionality in QA prior to its certification deployment 13. respond to customer emails related to any development inquiries within 24 hours 14. escalate customer issues to the appropriate support groups and work with them to resolve those issues in a timely manner 15. document and track all customer issues, phone calls and emails by filling out HEAT ticketsWe know that our employees play a key role in the success of our company. Financial Industry Knowledge, experience with FIX Protocol, Unix (Exceed), Tibco, Globex Trader, basic Network skills, SQL+, Linux , XML, HTML, Reuters Front end, eTrader and EOS (Citrix), HEAT, Toad, Dreamweaver, Firmsoft, FAS (Falcon Admin Server), GHOST, eTrader Admin Tool, Microsoft Project and Clearcase
