COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR

PNM Resources is looking for a Compliance Director to join our FERC regulatory policy team. The Director of Compliance will ensure PNM complies with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Standard of Conduct (SOC). Administers PNM and TNMP Reliability Standard compliance. Acts as overall administrator and coordinator for compliance monitoring and reporting to regulatory and other agencies on reliability compliance. Coordinates SOC training and investigates potential violations. Proactively determines methods for ensuring SOC compliance and takes appropriate actions to provide proper notice and ensures training and corrective actions are in place to avoid repeat violations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance with a minimum of 10 years of related utility industry experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline. 2 years of management experience required.
