CLO Securitization Analyst

Business Unit: GE Commercial Finance, Corporate Financial ServicesFunction: FinanceResponsibilities: Responsibilities of the CLO Securitization Analyst:Provide oversight to accounts securitized as part of Corporate Financial Services' static pool CLO program in order to ensure that they are managed/serviced in accordance with the transaction's operating procedures and legal requirements.
The portfolio monitoring activities include but are not limited to:
Tracking GECC's response to CLO account modifications.
Monitoring the portfolios for required sale and optional purchase assets.
Monitoring the portfolios for unscheduled amortization payments.
Tracking / calculating the weighted average spread.
Monitoring the portfolios for delinquent and charged off obligations.Provide account managers with support in the application of the CLO account modification voting rules for amendments, waivers and consents.Oversee asset substitution processes as per program guidelines. This includes the selection and implementation of substitute loans in replacement of prepayments.Oversee asset removal processes as per program guidelines. This includes required sale, optional purchase and breach of warranty assets that must be sold on behalf of the CLO.Prepare external CLO reporting including monthly/quarterly rating agency reporting and approval of quarterly investor reports.Update/revise CLO program servicing manual to incorporate the launch of additional CLOs, changes in operating procedures and process improvements.Serve as a liaison between Commercial Finance Corporate Financial Services and Capital Markets Group.Participate in the launch of new CLOs and the overall CFS CLO securitization strategy.Oversee integration of CLO portfolio monitoring and reporting into existing CFS account/risk management systems.Develop and present internal CLO program reporting package to CFS CLO management team.Design and execute periodic program audits to ensure compliance.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * 3-5 years experience in financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to partner with program constituents, analyze processes/data and develop suggestions for improvement.Project/process management experience.Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced working environmentDesired: * Demonstrated ability to translate document/contract language into process requirements and or standard operating procedures. Asset backed securities experience and understanding of collateralized debt/loan obligations is a plus.
