CLAIMS & COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

Responsible for presenting VantisLife’s unique life insurance and annuity solution to bank and credit unions nationally. Manages prospect target lists and works closely with VantisLife’s National Director of Business Development and all Regional Directors. Meets with decision makers within each account, presents VantisLife’s competitive advantages and executes tactics for closing each prospect. Manages corporate annuity strategy, prospecting and goal achievement.

REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Achieves goals for closing new bank and credit union clients.

2.Manages prospecting and closing of new accounts:
•Develops prospect lists based on guidelines from National Director of Business Development
•Develops competitive information and organizational research for each target.
•Prepares and executes a communication outreach plan to secure appointments with decision makers within each account.
•Effectively presents VantisLife’s products, services, technology and overall competitive advantage to decision makers on a one-on-one and/or group basis.
•Presents revenue proformas and sample rollout plans and effectively closes each prospect.
•Prepares sales and account reports and close likelihood to National Director of Business Development.

3.Manages national annuity strategy and prospecting
•Works with AVP Marketing to develop and maintain a competitive annuity product line
•Identifies key annuity prospects and develops strategies for capturing annuity business within those accounts
•Works with National Business Development Director to build an internal and external wholesaling and training plan for key annuity producers

4.Achieves annuity deposit goals.

5.Maintains comprehensive knowledge of VantisLife’s products and services.

6. Gathers competitive intelligence for strategic planning purposes.

7. Assumes additional duties as requested

Education:

4- year college degree or equivalent years of experience.

Experience:
5 years of experience in the Life Insurance and/or Financial Institutions marketplace. Must have been responsible for new account development in a specific distribution (banks, brokers, credit unions, etc.) Life insurance license preferred.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Must be organized, diligent and have a basic knowledge of the life insurance and bank distribution business.

Travel
Up to 50% travel, primarily during the week.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
