Business and Planning Analyst Level 1

Provide business and planning support. Prepare charging instructions, review work authorization, pricing data, data entry into Excel spreadsheets, and database systems. Organize electronic and paper financial information. Synthesize information based on experience and judgment to arrive at optimum solutions to problems. Interface with program management and functional organizations.Job Requirements
Self motivator who takes initiative to work through business processes and group commitments. Requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Word. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond quickly to customer requests. Is able to work independently, and in a team environment. Candidate must be thorough and accurate while reviewing, manually, & electronically transferring financial data. Inclined to seek process improvements, and able to operate in a fast changing environment without extensive guidance.
