Business Process Analyst 1

Responsible for completing process analysis, evaluations, and implementation of process improvements. Provides analytical support to the process design teams, including the definition, planning and implementation of various initiatives to achieve process design goals. May analyze production, operations, customer service, finance, marketing, human resources, and/or a variety of other business and technical areas to formulate and develop new or modified operational processes. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or quality specifications. Coordinates across business lines to ensure process compatability.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:--3+yrs process design experience.

-Demonstrated expertise in packaging of information and presentation skills.

-Knowledge in modeling, forescasting, planning, change management and execution.

-Knowledge in project management tools and methodologies.
* Preferred Skills:--Collections experience or similar work in Risk Management or operating control.

-4 year degree.

-Six Sigma knowledge and or certification.

-Knowledge in project management tools and methodologies.
