Budget Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $40000 to $50000 per year A premier not for profit organization in Milwaukee is in need of a Budget Analyst. This key position is responsible for performing the department annual budgets, data gathering and preparation of standard budgetary reports, reviewing monthly financial performance compared to budget for assigned departments, ad hoc projects which will involve analysis, working with internal/external contacts and preparing financial schedules, communicating policies and guidelines to departments, reviewing budgets submitted by departments both annually and on an ad-hoc basis, preparing reports for the Sr. Vice President of Finance/Administration and the Sr. Director of Budget and Planning, and maintenance of budget system and budget elements within financial system. The 3 keys of this position are strong financial accounting skills, communication skills and MS Excel skills. A BS in Accounting, Finance or Business is necessary.
