Primary responsibilities include:
Providing a wide scope of customer service for contracted health insurance brokers
Answering customer questions regarding contracts, enrollment, plan information and reporting
Training broker personnel on compliance, compensation, plan designs, corporate policies and procedures
Monitoring broker training progress, licensures, application submissions and compliance enforcement
Working to increase the overall profitability of the brokers you manage

Job Requirements:

The chosen candidate will come from a financial background such as accounting, bookkeeping, analysis, etc. Customer/client service experience is a must, as is a demonstrated skill for giving presentations, training and/or speaking publicly. Experience working with brokers is essential. Medicare and management experience is preferred. Proficiency with MS office applications is key.
