SUMMARY
Sort incoming mail by specific criteria and prepare it for scanning and distribution to receiving teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process incoming Operations mail, log overnight packages and checks ensure immediate and accurate preparation of documents to the scanners so that mail can be indexed to its respective Operations areas.

Process incoming block transfers and handle all document requests (i.e., statement reprint requests, legal research, etc.)

File and box all documents, prepare for offsite storage and code each box so that it can be easily retrieved or destroyed.

Index preprocessed mail accurately and timely.

Research rescan items and prepare them for the scanners.

Prepare mail that is being returned to Registered Representatives and Clients.

Initial set up and maintenance of Edocument Express CD’s, a media outlet for client account statements for representatives and OSJ’s

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), 1 to 2 years banking or brokerage experience preferred.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Typing, 10 key, and computer.
