To show you how much, we’ve located our branch right in the heart of Manhattan between Penn Station and Grand Central (404 5th Ave). We currently have an opportunity for a specialized Branch Sales Manager to serve the Manhattan market and near-borough brokers.

As a Branch Sales Manager, you will mentor account executives and partner with your senior sales team to uncover hidden opportunities for growth. Your team will be selling a mix of Alt-A wholesale, commercial and competitive products to brokers. GreenPoint offers a high touch customer service approach to your broker base as all our deals are underwritten and funded in your branch with a complete onsite operations staff. This allows partnership with the Branch Operations Manager to monitor the loan pipeline and ensure accurate production levels and workflow. We are moving to a paperless system that offers a smart, proactive approach to reduce cycle times and get loans out the door!
