REQUIREMENTS
Keys to success include:

*consumer finance management experience (bank or competitor)
*experience establishing vendor relationships
*collections experience
*mortgage (1st & 2nd), home equity, HELOC
*effective interpersonal and communication skills
*bilingual language skills helpful
*a license to sell insurance products preferred
*demonstrated leadership in a team environment
*pass pre-employment credit and criminal background screenings
