Business Brokerage Branch Manager—

Lead a team of highly successful sales personnel!

We are one of the largest business brokerage firms on the East Coast and we’ve just expanded our operations to Santa Monica, California. We are currently recruiting an energetic, experienced Manager to recruit, train, motivate and manage a team of business brokers based in and around Los Angeles.
Salary plus commission.

Needed skillset:
Demonstrated experience in generating sales growth thru management of others.
Current California Real Estate license.
Experience in Training new sales representatives.
Well developed management and motivation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Business service sales experience.

Valued skillset:
Business broker or Commercial Real Estate experience.
Understanding of Tax Returns, P&L statements and Financial Statements.
Prior Business experience, including ownership.

Our Business Brokers assist in identifying and selling existing businesses and commercial real estate. Our Business Brokers proactively identify owners interested in selling their business, facilitating the transfer of ownership from seller to buyer.
