Bank Loan Manager

Role will be within the Prime Brokerage Bank Loan group and will provide operational middle office support/expertise. Duties involve supporting Bank Loan clients by facilitating settlements, reviewing Bank Loan documentation, interacting with trading counterparties, coordinating with service providers, and providing training. Candidate should have a fundamental understanding of bank loan operations and middle office function. The candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and exhibit interpersonal and relationship management skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop relationship with clients and supporting operations groups while coordinating bank loan trade settlements
• Manage execution of various trade, servicing and operational counterparties to resolve issues
• Represent the business in interactions with IT to prioritize work, define scope, manage activities, resolve issues, manage the change control process for implementing new systems
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Financial Services
• Understanding Bank Loan Middle office/closer functions is required
• Client Service and project management experience a plus
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Team player
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
