As a Business to Business Representative, you will provide a Target branded experience with every guest interaction related to media sensitive, potential legal issues, and situations that involve extensive research or partnering with other key Target leaders.See Yourself:Providing a Target branded guest experience with every contact by listening and engaging the guest in order to deepen the guest relationship and driving guest loyaltySupporting the initiative of developing and sharing business intelligence through accurate documentation and coding Handling media sensitive or potentially legal issues and situations that involve extensive research or partnering with other key Target leadersResponding to all written correspondence addressed to Target Executive OfficesDemonstrating critical thinking skills by identifying unique guest situations and making decisions appropriately Using on-line resources and web based applications to assist and resolve guest issuesExercising a complete and thorough understanding of policies and procedures, and supporting complianceDisplaying a positive attitude in interactions within your team by contributing to group problem solving and moraleMaintaining department performance standards and goals related to performance, offers and quality serviceHandling advice calls for other TGR team members on guest resolution and research process.Seasonal Time Period:

Varies between 7am-8pm, Monday - Friday, with flexible weekend coverageJob RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Must have strong data entry and customer service skillsHigh school Diploma or GEDPrevious guest service experienceStrong passion for delivering a great guest experience with every interaction Ability to interact with guests with the appropriate branded, friendly, empathetic, and professional styleProven, excellent communication, negotiating and decision making skills Proven, strong, interpersonal/teamwork skillsDisplays a positive/flexible attitude within the team and with the guestDemonstrated, superior, verbal and written communication skills Desire to work in a multi-media environment (e-mails, phone calls, letters, comment cards) and demonstrated ability to prioritize work accordinglyMust be flexible to work some evenings until 7 PM and some weekends during peak season
