Responsibilities:
Extensive customer contact.
Investigation and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages.
Negotiate with customers to settle claims up to specified monetary limits.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and abilities.
Communication skills, including the ability to deal with conflict.
Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Judgment and decision making skills.
Ability to analyze and learn quickly.
Multi-tasking.
Computer proficiency.
Four-year college degree, automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; or two years working as a manager, assistant manager or lead estimator in an auto body repair facility is required.
