Audit Manager - Public

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $54,000 to $66,000 per year As part of the audit team, the Audit Manager will be responsible for:
Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Ability to work within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction. Providing audit advice that enables client to increase shareholder value. Delivering timely, high quality, and profitable services, that appropriately utilize Firm and client resources. Demonstrating commitment to the Firm's People Philosophy by modeling appropriate behaviors, and acts with respect and dignity in interactions inside and outside the Firm. Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients. Keeping abreast of changes in industry regulations, and develops own competency through continuing education and by obtaining additional professional certifications. Demonstrating expertise in an industry or functional area and builds a strong reputation in the marketplace. Providing appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised.
