xTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Limited DomesticEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and
related experience. MBA preferred.JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Training, skills, and experience):
Required:
Completion of monthly/quarterly close activities for corporate reporting and
internal management purposes.
CPA required. Oracle a plus. Windows applications a must.
Demonstrates good organization and planning skills and strong attention to
detail.
Should be self-motivated and possess a willingness to acquire new skills as
well as an ability to teach others.
Demonstrates good work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates a hands-on knowledge of US GAAP.
Demonstrates the ability to serve as a resource for management for financial
information.
Demonstrates the ability to independently perform analysis and resolve issues
with minimal assistance.
Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills with multiple layers
of management and others external to the organization.
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrates the ability to work as a team player.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the monthly close process and distribution of consolidated
financial results to corporate finance and management.
Coordinate Ad Hoc reporting for financial information in an accurate and
timely matter.
Interaction with Corporate Finance on questions regarding reports and
financials and third party auditors.
Ensure SOX documentation for assigned areas is appropriately maintained.
Perform and review accounting reconciliations or analyses as assigned.
Other duties as assigned or as business needs require.
