Associate - Real Estate Planner

Our Client, A top-tier Investment bank is searching for a Real Estate Planner/Project Manager based in their Jersey City, NJ office. In this role, the individual will partner on activities related to real estate planning across the Americas for all of their sites, including their Headquarters.

They will also consult with various vendors and clients to understand business drivers and functions and provide strategic and tactical planning advice. This role will involve managing the vendors responsible for measurement and reporting of real estate capacities and profiles.

The ideal candidate will have a formal construction project management background and 3+ years of experience in construction or architecture. Our client is paying a salary commensurate with experience.Job Requirements
•3+ Years in the Construction Project Management field
•B.A/B.S Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture-MBA a Plus
•Solid Project Manager/Vendor Management skills.
•Ability to interact with all levels of management and experience influencing outcomes.
