Associate Incentive Compensation Analyst

Teva Neuroscience, a wholly owned subsidiary of global Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd., is a leader in innovative pharmaceutical products and services for neurological patients, currently with an emphasis on meeting the needs of people with Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease. This position is located at our headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri.
Our company has an immediate opportunity for an Associate Incentive Compensation Analyst who possesses a basic understanding of financial fundamentals and strong data analysis skills, as well as basic incentive principles. This position reports to the Manager, Financial Specialties.
Responsibilities include:
· Developing, administering, and analyzing field incentive plans· Assessing quarterly performance against program goals· Reviewing and revising goals based on performance· Maintaining reports, spreadsheets and field associate communications
To qualify, candidates will possess:
· Bachelor’s degree in business· 1-3 years’ experience in a role requiring complex data analysis or development and administration of incentive compensation programs.· MS Office proficiency, especially MS-Excel· Strong statistical and analytical aptitude; ability to present complex information
