Job Responsibilities
Perform risk assessment to identify and cancel fraudulent orders.
Adhere to company Fraud Prevention Policy and perform all necessary tasks to secure payment prior to releasing order to Operations.
Communicate with customers to ensure accuracy of information provided and eliminate order duplication.
Communicate with customers regarding declined credit card charges and billing/shipping discrepancies.
Update order information as needed to ensure accuracy and secure payment prior to releasing order to Operations.
Researches company information for companies requesting net terms.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 4 years collections experience with at least 2 years of credit card transaction processing for an e-commerce company.
Good analytical skills and ability to develop course of actions.
One-year previous experience in investigations and/or equivalent education and experience preferred.
Knowledge of:
Computer knowledge including email, Internet, Instant Messenger and Microsoft Office
