Accounting Supervisor

Consulting company located near Miami Dade College Kendall Campus. Supervision of accounting department day to day activities. Preparation of daily deposits, Account Receivable phone calls, maintenance of GL for multiple companies. Review of financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, ect. Preparation of monthly closing schedules for Controller and upper management. Assisting controller in monthly closing.
REQUIREMENTS


Accounting Degree. Five years or more accounting supervisory experience. Prior Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting experience. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Peachtree experience. Timeslips knowledge a plus.
