Accountant - Sr. Cost Accountant

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:



The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Cost Accoutant for our Brimfield location are to oversee cost & financial measurement of manufacturing; assist Controller w/financial statements, coordinate annual audit/other projects; analyze monthly manufacturing performance./variance analysis; reconcile Inventory & related G/L accounts.; prepare account analysis for COGS accounts.; summarize actual vs. budget & actual vs. forecast results; prepare quarterly forecasts & annual budgets; develop & document policies & procedures; fixed assets, etc. REQUIREMENTS


REQUIREMENTS:



B.S. Degree in Accounting (or equivalent), CPA preferred; 4-6 years experience, experience. w/G/L accounting & preparation of financial statements in accordance w/GAAP & SEC regulations strongly preferred. Oracle & Hyperion accounting software experience a plus.
