Account Manager
Snap-on Credit, a world class provider of innovative tool and equipment acquisition solutions to Snap-on and it’s customers, is seeking qualified Account Manager candidates for our Libertyville, IL Central Office.Successful candidates will work closely with Snap-on’s franchisee sales force to maximize credit sales business while aggressively coordinating the collection of delinquent accounts. Responsibilities include promoting and administering credit products/services to Snap-on franchisee and sales personnel; directing and coordinating collections on active receivable accounts to resolve delinquency issues, retain customers, and minimize losses (high volume phone collections); advising/working with Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Field Managers, dealers, and customers to resolve questions/issues relative to credit services/programs, collections, account status, and customer service; and ensuring collection and repossession procedures adhere to corporate policy.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree is required. Position requires excellent communication skills, as well as diplomatic problem resolution/negotiation skills. Prior credit, collections and skip tracing experience is also preferred. Fast-paced, goal-oriented office environment.
