Access Control Manager

Calyon Financial is a global brokerage firm headquartered in Chicago with offices in all major financial centers. We are looking for individuals with Access Control experience to join our Global IT Security team in Chicago, IL.Day to day responsibilities include:
•Managing the Application Access Control Team which consists of Operating System Access Control, Application Access Control, Database Access Control and Role Based Security.•Setting Goals and Objectives, hiring decisions and determining the tactical and strategic direction for the team
•Function as the escalation point for issue resolution from the team leads and will interact directly with internal clients
REQUIREMENTS
•Banking Systems knowledge
•Operating system security administration experience
•Provisioning and work-flow experience
•Knowledge of principles of segregation of duties
•Security Administration Experience
•Application Security Experience
•Database (Oracle, Sybase or SQL) security experience
•Excellent customer service skills•Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
•Prior proven success within a management role
•Customer Service experience
•Familiar with Identity Management technologies
•Experience with developing Identity Management strategies and implementation plans
•BS in a related field is preferred
