AERS - Governance & Risk Oversight Services Manager

Known as employers of choice for innovative human resources programs, they are dedicated to helping their clients and people excel.Governance and Risk Oversight (GRO) Services is a national practice responsible for providing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and other services to enhance the Risk Intelligence of our firm's most strategic clients.  Primarily working in cross-functional teams, ERM engagement teams work directly with our clients' senior executives and Board members to identify and assess strategic risks across their enterprise
and to evaluate and improve Enterprise Risk Management capabilities. 
 
Specifically, the GRO Manager candidate will work with the core team and the National Practice Leader in the following areas:
1) Client Service Delivery:  provide high quality client service, working directly with our clients to understand management expectations, evaluate the current risk management environment, and design and implement solutions to identify, assess and respond to strategic risks and improve risk management capabilities across their enterprise.
 
2) Practice Development & Eminence: assist with the development and deployment of firm-wide ERM methodologies (related to risk assessment and prioritization, risk responses, and risk management capability assessments), supporting tools and other materials ("thoughtware" and "point of view").
 
3) Business Development: participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; responsible to assist with development and maintenance of technology,
tools and knowledge management in support of U.S. and international ERM pursuit teams.Position Requirements:
5+ years prior consulting or other professional services experience is highly preferred
Risk assessment and other risk management experience is highly preferred  
Excellent written and oral communication skills (including interview skills, presentation skills, and report writing).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.  A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Access is a PLUS.
Experience working remotely with limited supervision; strong time management skills and ability to multi-task across several projects at once.
Excellent research skills.
