ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / MORTGAGE SALES

Account Executive positions available throughout Florida. SAGE HOME LENDING CORP. is a leading WHOLESALE MORTAGE BANK located in Sarasota Florida. Our successis built upon each team member working efficiently and effectively.We are seeking talented candidates with excellent communications skills that are ready to embrace success. Our sales training is ongoing. The Account Executives will bring to the table their own book of business while esablishing new accounts and servicing our existing client base. As an Outside Account Executive, each team member is expected to visit a minimum of 25 mortgage broker offices a week. Each Account Executive has a 10 unit minimum monthly production output requirement. Sage Home LEnding's commissionscale is one of the most aggresive in the industry. All Outside Account Executives will also recieve $500.00 monthly expense account Our inside Account Executives will work at our corporate offices in Sarasot Florida. Each team member is responible for establishing, building and reaffirming new and existing relationships over the phone. our new team members must be articulate, have a strong personality , extremly customer service oriented while possessing the capabilty of converting phone calls into sale.
REQUIREMENTS
Sage Home Lending Corp. is looking for professionals with strong sales and closing abilities, integrity, perseverance and positive attitude. We prefer Account Executves that have a proven track record and at least 1 year of exeperience.
