Job Summary and Mission

This job contributes to Starbucks success by ensuring compliance to all financial obligations prescribed under a lease agreement. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Inputs financial and occupancy cost information into Property Management database system. Utilizes system for reporting, financial projections, comparisons and analysis.Monitors and administers occupancy cost control of all real estate holdings. Creates cost analysis reports for each store in order to benchmark, monitor and control occupancy costs.Processes landlord payments. Resolves disputed items with landlord base to obtain maximum occupancy cost savings and cost containment. Documents and files critical lease information.

Commercial property management (4 years) Commercial real estate (4 years) Company accounting and auditing (4 years) Financial analysis and reporting (4 years) Preference for supervisory experience
