Manhattan WorkPlace LeaderPosition Description:1. Lead the business of The WorkPlace at the Manhattan practice office Responsible for achievement of the business objectives of The WorkPlace in
Manhattan related to client satisfaction, service delivery and financial
performance
Enable high performance by the Manhattan WorkPlace team by setting priorities
and removing barriers that get in the way of achieving the business objectives
of The WorkPlace
Serve as the Manhattan knowledge expert on all facets of the business of The
WorkPlace - real estate, facility management, and office operations2. Sustain close working relationships with the Manhattan Office Managing Partner (OMP) and
Manhattan-based Line of Service (LOS) Leaders and Internal Firm Services (IFS) clients Promote and position the brand of The WorkPlace by being one of the Firm's
thought leaders regarding the integration of people and place
Understand the business of LOS/IFS clients in Manhattan in a manner that
contributes to the ability of The WorkPlace to help those clients maximize
their profitability, anticipate and solve business problems, and stay on the
cutting edge on all matters related to people and place
Develop a level of trust and credibility with the OMP and LOS/IFS clients to
become viewed as a trusted business advisor
Maintain frequent, effective, multi-leveled and multifaceted communication
and collaboration with the OMP and LOS/IFS clients3. Develop the Manhattan WorkPlace organization to become a more effective "client engagement team"
serving LOS/IFS clients at the Manhattan office Develop, mentor and coach members of The WorkPlace team to more effectively
serve as the Firm's business representative to local LOS and IFS clients on all
matters related to The WorkPlace
Empower each member of the team to successfully deliver WorkPlace services
with high degrees of client satisfaction4. Actively contribute to driving the vision of The WorkPlace and serving as a colleague with other IFS functions Participate in the development and implementation of WorkPlace strategies and initiatives
Maintain a personal 360-degree system to transfer business knowledge and
information with other WorkPlace Leaders, members of The WorkPlace Leadership Team,
and other IFS functional units
Collaborate with IFS colleagues in Manhattan to improve internal client
satisfaction, service delivery and financial performance
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Degree in business or real estate, with advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years experience in a business environment with comparable challenges to PwC.Essential Requirements:
