Responsibilities include: inspection of damaged product to determine if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced; make minor repairs to damaged product, which may include disassembly and reassembly, sanding, painting, dent removal etc. in order for product to ship as planned; reorder product that cannot be repaired; provide necessary paperwork and communication for reordered product as well as for damaged product that needs to be returned to the manufacturing plant; other duties as assigned by management.
