Transaction Manager – Corporate Real Estate Services – Central New Jersey

Cushman & Wakefield, the preeminent global commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Manager working onsite with our client in Central New Jersey reporting to the Client Solutions Account Director.

As the Transaction Manager, your major responsibilities will be to:
•Organize, manage, and deliver, transaction related multiple real estate services
•Partner with field brokers to communicate project parameters and required deliverables
•Coordinate efforts with client management teams/service lines throughout the U.S.
•Actively participate in developing proposals. Prepare and present oral/written presentations and strategic plans
•Assure consistency and quality. Be responsible for all or part of the transaction management and brokerage service delivery
•Quantify and report on occupancy cost savings and value add
•Prepare accurate and informative project tracking reports, financial reports and financial analyses
•Effectively communicate ideas and suggestions for process improvements and then execute strategies by developing action plans
•Oversee document management process. Utilize standard forms and procedures that may be specific to the account
•Maintain and, find ways to enhance the client relationship
