Support Services Supervisor

Lafayette is a Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing facility located in Marblehead that provides skilled nursing care, medical services, specialized rehabilitation and therapeutic programs to residents in our 65-bed facility.

The primary purpose of the job is to maintain the interior and exterior of the facility in a clean, safe, and functional way and also to supervise the personnel of the support service departments in the facility (Laundry, Housekeeping) and to assist the Administrator in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day to day standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, the Medical Director, and/or the Owner to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The Lafayette is a facility which believes that an immaculate environment reflects the image we wish to project and to provide for our residents and employees. It is the responsibility of the Support Services Supervisor to maintain this image.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess as a minimum a High School Diploma or GED


Must have, as a minimum, three years of experience in long-term care or 5 years in a related field with one-year management/supervisory position
