Supervisor / Team Leader

Block by Block, a leading provider of cleaning and hospitality services to downtown environments is currently seeking applicants for a Team Supervisor for Downtown Albuquerque, NM. Applicants must possess initiative, responsibility, strong integrity and leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIESThe Supervisor position will be the leader on the street, orchestrating the work plan and directly overseeing all tasks. The supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager working closely with the customer and city departments to insure quality service is provided. The supervisor will walk the district; provide on site direction for all team members. The supervisor will be responsible for the completion of all tasks by team members and insuring excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
The position must have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry (janitorial, facilities maintenance or customer service); verifiable work experience; possess good understanding of sound human resource applications relating to overseeing work of team members; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and be a team player; enjoy working outdoors; pass a thorough background investigation, to include drug screen.BENEFITSWe offer the following benefits:- A competitive salary $8.25 an hour
