Sr. Project Architect

Purpose: World class architectural firm is looking for an experienced Project Architect. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with an innovative and creative firm in the heart of Seattle.

This firm crafts superior architecture and design solutions for clients across North America and around the globe. They are looking for someone who is able build strong relationships with peers, the environment, and their clients.

This person should have at least 10 years of technical architecture experience. An architectural license with a LEED certification would be preferred. This individual will act as a senior project architect on a number of different projects. We are looking for someone who has the experience and insight to lead project teams and teach by example.

Project background should range from commercial, science+technology labs, mixed-use, and high-end residential. We are looking for someone who has a varied background.

Specifically looking for a variety of design, technical, management and professional skills:

-understanding of planning, programming and design principles
-ability to design within project schedules and budgets
-managerial direction of document production
-knowledge to execute code analyses for building and zoning
-experience with architectural budgeting
-strong desire to interface with clients and employees tactfully and diplomatically
-among others
