Village Green has an immediate Maintenance/Service Manager position available at Hickory Woods in Cincinnati, OH. Must have previous maintenance supervisory experience as well as excellent customer service and leadership skills. Professional, organized and attention to detail are a must.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful Maintenance/Service Manager must be efficient in completing a variety of maintenance repairs. Candidates may also hold certificates for HVAC work or EPA Universal Certificates. Available for on-call purposes a must, along with the ability to work weekends.
