Site Manager/Facilities Maintenance (Philadelphia, PA)

This critical positions of Site Manager will be located in Philadelphia, PA. The Site Manager's position will have full authority to make and implement decisions regarding the performance of the contract affecting their assigned location. This includes personnel issues(hiring/employee relations), negotiation of IDIQ task orders, procurement and subcontracting. Responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of the project Campus and interface with Government personnel, other contractors and customers. Responsibilities will include the Control and management of the operations and maintenance of all real property and installed equipment; management of building operations and maintenance, systems, equipment and utilities. Development and implementation of quality control procedures and safety programs and the management of administrative and financial management services.
REQUIREMENTS
The Site Manager's position requires a 4 year College Degree and 4 years supervisory experience with emphasis in facility operations and maintenance including knowledge of O&M of RUPS, large chiller plants, low pressure boilers, computerized fire alarm systems, emergency generators, electrical, CMMS and computerized building automation systems -- experience or four years or more years in a management position of similar or equal scope and complexity may be substituted for the required degree(s). Strong leadership ability, effective interpersonal, oral and written communications skills key. Basic keyboard skills including Microsoft Word and Excel required.All positions require the ability to obtain an IRS Security Clearance for entry and work in an IRS secured facility, as well as a valid state driver's license.
