JOB SUMMARY:


The Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible to oversee and assist in the general maintenance, repair and operation of company facilities nationwide. This includes property management, safety, vendor relations and general facilities services.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises/assists/coordinates repairs and maintenance of the structural and mechanical operation of facilities such as HVAC lighting, plumbing, electrical and fixtures,
Supervises/assists/coordinates a safe working environment for Janitorial, Air Quality appliances, landscaping and pest control,
Supervises/assists/coordinates the safety and security of the facilities for hazard prevention, emergency response and HIPAA related material destruction,
Supervises/assists/coordinates electronic work order system,
Coordinates Delegate program.
REQUIREMENTS


REQUIREMENTS:




Education:Business degree.



Certification/License:
Clean DMV record.



Experience:
Two years property management/construction experience with degree; or five years experience without degree.



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

The ability to interact with associates, outside resources, and all levels of management is critical in this position.

Oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills, are required to effectively meet the goals of Facilities Services.

Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.



As a government contractor, this position requires U. S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF85P or higher security.
