Security Officer

L-3 Communications Titan Group, Intelligence Solutions Division has an opening for a Security Officer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Individual will be responsible for direct Program Security Management and oversight of the Viper program. Individual will be responsible for establishing and oversight of the overall security program for this effort. This will include Physical security, AIS Security, Personnel Security, Access and Visitor Control, Badge Control, OPSEC, COMSEC, Security Education & Training, Document Control, JPAS, and eQIP. Individual must have full knowledge of the new NISPOM, the NISPOM Supplement Overprint, DCID 6/4, DCID 6/3, and DCID 6/9. Individual must be knowledable of the personnel security adjudication process as it pertains to JAFAN 6/4. Individual will be responsible for writing Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Individual will be responsible for writing the Automated Information System Security Plan (AISSP). Individual will be responsible for writing an Operation Security Plan (OPSEC). Individual will be responsible for combination and lock management. Individual will be responsible for providing semi-annual and refresher security education training to the staff. Individual will be responsible for generating Personnel Access Requests (PAR) in accordance with the JAFAN 6/4 and have a working knowledge of the adudication process as it pertains to the Air Force Central Adudication Facility (AFCAF) and Defense Security Service (DSS) and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

Must have current TOP SECRET Clearance AND must meet the requirements of DCID 6/4.
