Diamond Detective Agency Inc., is a growing national security guard services company providing quality, responsive security services to both private and public sector customers. Diamond has over 1100 employees operating in 16 states. We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals to supervise and manage our security operations in Lee County/Ft. Myers, FL.This Supervisory position has the ultimate authority in the Lee County area, will supervise employees, work at the assigned posts, and reports DIRECTLY to the Tampa office.Applicants for the Security Area Supervisor position should be reliable, flexible, career-minded, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities:
1. Communicating and problem solving security offer staffing requirements
2. Effectively handling escalating situations and time critical issues
3. Report and update upper management of account status and any potential issues

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:1. Valid Florida D License2. High Initiative and highly motivated
3. 1-2 years in security supervision or management
4. Excellent verbal and written skills
5. Computer proficiency in Windows based programs
6. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent
7. Knowledge of Valiant Labor Management Software a plus
