Sanitation Manager (Food Manufacturing Required)

Candidate will manage all assigned sanitation activities that support and maintain company sanitation standard operating procedures, quality and production programs and all applicable regulatory food safety guidelines. Maintains all procedural sanitation documentation required fulfilling departmental requirements.

The individual will be responsible for the sanitation on all 3 shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a national company that takes care of their employees and recognizes good performance.

Duties:
Reviews daily operational findings and implements corrective actions
Delegate and monitor the completion of master and daily cleaning schedules
Monitor departmental equipment, supplies, and chemical inventory levels
Train and support subordinates

Requirements:
3 years of sanitation required
5 years food experience
USDA is a Must
Self-Starter
Familiar with gmps, haccp, ssop,is a plus
