Job Function: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)Business Unit: Alcoa Custom Extruded SolutionsJob Status: Full-TimeRelocation Eligible: NoPosition Description: Coordinate environmental, health, and safety efforts in accordance with company, local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Maintain compliance with federal and local EHS regulations

Conduct industrial safety training

Administration/record keeping

Technical support to departments

Coordinate and communicate action items identified in EHS audits, internal audits and Self-Assessments.

Coordinate the Safety Internal Audit system

Follow the guidelines set up in the EHS Responsibilities.Job Requirements
Minimum Education Required: High School or GEDMinimum Years of Experience: 2Minimum Travel Required: 0-25%Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of safety systems and manufacturing operations. Problem solving skills. Knowledgeable of computers, including data entry and Microsoft office applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization. Attetion to detail. Flexible to work necessary schedules. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
