Regional brokerage firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to manage interior construction of office build outs. Applicant will possess minimum 5 years experience in design or supervision of interior construction; have ability to analyze architectural & mechanical construction documents; possess working knowledge of AutoCad & MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). SPM will coordinate multiple high priority projects with a focus on time, efficiency, and budget. Will coordinate with Interior Design Departments, Architects, and Engineers during design phase; initiate & lead construction progress meetings throughout the US to include establishing & verifying scope of work, conducting on-site inspections to review criteria for applicability to contact documents and supervising the project through completion. Candidate will maintain cost detail reports, verify project estimates, award contracts, approve contractor invoices, issue revisions to contracts, schedule equipment & furniture deliveries, and oversee project close out & acceptance. BS/BA degree, preferably in Architecture, Construction Management or a related Engineering degree; 5 years experience in design or managing construction projects greater than $2M.
