SENIOR CONTROLS ENGINEER

My client is located in a beautiful area of TN and has asked me to locate a Senior Controls Engineer. An excellent compensation, benefits, and relocation package awaits the successful candidate.
The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for the integration and coordination of the PLCs and HMI devices of the facility. This position will interface with all facets of the engineering, manufacturing, and operations group in order to provide timely and meaningful data to operators, supervision, and management. The successful candidate will integrate several different PLCs, HMI programs, and other control devices into a cohesive network.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should be experienced with Allen-Bradley and Modicon systems, data-logix, and Wonderware. The candidate MUST have experience with swithgears, ac/dc drives, and heavy electrical design and application. Must understand and have applied SPC and SCADA. The candidate MUST have experience with the computerized control of furnaces or industrial ovens or high volume industrial driers, and boilers. The successful candidate MUST be able to network different systems and will have actual on the floor verifiable success in a manufacturing environment. Not interested in candidates that only possess theoretical knowledge of control systems.
