SANITATION/QA SUPERVISOR

The Caudill Seed Company, a major distributor, packager, and processor of high quality organic and other healthfoods is seeking a Food Safety Professional with the following qualifications:Requirements:
-Technical AA degree in food science or related field
-Significant leadership experience
-4+ years related work experience with emphasis in GMP (good manufacturing practices) & pest control management
-Knowledge of applicable state & federal regulations
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel & WordCandidates must have demonstrated, successful experience in meeting and/or exceeding the requirements of the AIB, QAI, OU (Kosher) certifying entities. Must have a strong desire to gain expert level knowledge in maintaining "Organic Status" and an education of the federal regulations associated with the National Organic Program (NOP).Additional Beneficial Qualifications: BS Degree in food science or related field, previous supervisory experience with strong leadership skills and the ability to interact positively with regulatory and customer based auditors.
