We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality or managed services industry professional to assume the position of Regional Director of Facilities for our client partner in the Knoxville, TN area. As the Regional Director of Facilities, you will coordinate & oversee facility operations (maintenance, housekeeping, laundry/linen, grounds, etc.) for multiple sites in this geographic region. The position is responsible for meeting operating and financial goals, client objectives and resident needs, as well as staffing, scheduling, training and development of hourly staff in these residential settings with independent, assisted, and healthcare residents.


Job Requirements


Position requires 5+ years relevant technical management experience; bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other relevant discipline is strongly preferred. Candidates must be proficient in management of plant operations & maintenance (preventive, predictive, & corrective), and have demonstrated experience with asset management programs and facility safety programs. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong customer service focus, outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with residents, employees, clients and other stakeholders. Previous experience in the hospitality or senior living industry strongly preferred. Contract-managed service experience is desirable.
