Quality Control/Sanitation Manager

Corn Maiden is a top food manufacturer of Euromex foods including gourmet tamales, flautas, empanadas, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas & more. Our primary customer base is grocery store chains, catalogs, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals & catering companies.

We are looking for a dynamic person to oversee sanitation crew and handle all Quality Control issues. This individual will work directly with Upper Management and on site USDA inspector on a daily basis.

Our ideal candidate is self motivated, ambitious and driven to succeed. Should have knowledge of SSOP, HACCP and USDA & OSHA requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
•Manage 6 person sanitation crew.
•Must be self-motivated, organized, & multi-task oriented
•Computer proficient, esp. excel & word
•Attend/participate in weekly management meetings
•Excellent oral & written communication skills
•Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
•Propose, present, & discuss new ideas or solutions with upper management
•Must be honest, reliable, responsible & trustworthy
•Oversee overall quality of products being manufactured and ensure that sanitation is kept impeccable to adhere to USDA & Health Dept. standards.
