Overview

**The hours for this position are from 11:30PM – 8:00AM Monday thru
Friday – 3rd shift***

The objective of this role is to audit and validate that client
confirms, statements, tax and other mailings are processed to the
highest quality, while also ensuring that the proper collateral is
being utilized across the AMS facility. Position helps ensure that
internal and external customers receive the correct Mutual Fund
collateral in a timely manner, while supporting their ability to
generate and maintain business for the Company. This role also helps
ensure that AMS maintains the most current accurate Mutual Fund
collateral, thus minimizing the risk to the firm and ensuring our T+1
SLA is met.


Description

Position will report to the Senior Warehouse Manager and perform
quality control checks across the AMS facility during month ends,
while focusing their quality control efforts on the Mutual Funds area
intra-month. Theses quality checks include prospectus date
validation, accuracy of all mutual fund collateral in inventory,
auditing receiving processes, FDA processes, Filemaker pro accuracy
and ordering procedures. Performs all other duties as prescribed by
the Senior Warehouse Manager.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. 2 + years of Quality control
experience in a true production environment. Good communication,
interpersonal, and PC skills. Good math skills Ability to learn
inventory management systems. Proficient in Microsoft excel and word.
Must be able to frequently lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
greater up to 20 feet.
