Property Manager

National Real Estate Management Company seeking a seasoned Property Manager for a commercial office property in downtown Toledo. Candidate must have previous property management experience and a college degree. Ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, basic accounting knowledge, and experience in building systems and project management. Strong communication, administrative, supervisory and organizational skills are a must.
REQUIREMENTS
Shall direct and implement strategic plan, ensure overall service delivery, supervise staff, monitor budget, track revenue and expense, establish baseline performance measurements and track progress, and coordinate client agreements for building service, project management and tenant improvements. Responsible for: implementation of client assignments, review and evaluate the facility’s performance, management of government codes and regulations, obtain tenant comments and recommendations, authorize expenditures and pricing strategies, administer service contracts, and create and implement budget and strategic plans.
