Property Management

Perform the general building maintenance and assist in the HVAC equipment and Life Safety equipment. Complete daily work order requests. Maintain records and reports. Assist in the daily operations/maintenance of the facilities to include: Energy Management Control System (EMCS), safety, interior/exterior physical appearance, and operation of Mechanical equipment. Support Ad Hoc/special needs. Will have contact with all levels of Bank personnel and contractors of the facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
6 months - 1 year of Facilities Maintenance. Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs. Valid Drivers License. Rudimentary knowledge of HVAC. Rudimentary knowledge of electricity. Rudimentary knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Rudimentary knowledge of software applications - i.e. MS Office, MS Outlook, Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), EMCS, Lawson. Regular and predictable attendance is a required essential function of the job. Seasonal outdoor activities.
