CSS is looking for a Project Manager and Guard Force Manager.


Job Description:

Deter and prevent any acts of crime or misconduct by uniformed presence.
Observing, reporting and patrolling various properties/business
Must be able to work with clients, co-workers, and the general public and present themselves in a professional manner at all times.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications required of the Project Manager are:

• Fluent in English and Spanish. Speaking level 4,
Reading level 4.
• Completion of four years University/College, hold a
BA or BS degree from an accredited
U.S. College/University, and
• A minimum of five years police, similar military, or
local guard force management training,
prior guard-force management, with at least half of
guard work experience being at senior supervisory or
command levels.
• Must reside in Tegucigalpa, Honduras


Qualifications for the Guard Force Commander are:

• A minimum of five years of police, similar military,
or local guard force management experience.
• Experience with guard force supervision.
• Secondary school completion or a minimum of ten
years supervisory experience with the Embassy
contract
• Advanced security training
• Weapons qualified
• Qualified Weapons instructor
• Desirable qualifications include level 2 English
language ability (both reading and writing)
